Oregon put on a show Saturday night in front of an electric crowd inside Autzen Stadium, so it’s no surprise The Duck had a few entertaining moments as well.

At one point, Oregon’s mascot went into a large cardboard box called the “shrinkinator” and emerged as a pint-sized version of themselves. The Duck Jr.? Kid Puddles? The Duckling? We’ll have to workshop the name.

The Duck has certainly been enjoying Oregon’s season thus far. After a huge road win over Utah, they trolled the student section in Salt Lake City. They tried to troll Deion Sanders earlier with a large cowboy hat and a Flavor Flav-like clock necklace before a game against Colorado earlier this year and lost their head in the process.

Oregon has been rolling on the field this season. It beat USC 36-27 on Saturday to move to 9-1 on the year. The victory saw quarterback Bo Nix throw for a season-best 412 yards and four touchdowns. And it pushed Oregon one step closer to the Pac-12 championship game.

The Ducks hit the road next Saturday to face Kenny Dillingham and Arizona State, but they have one final home Pac-12 game to play. Oregon State comes to Autzen on Nov. 24 in a game that should feature plenty of storylines.

And plenty of opportunities for the Duck to steal the show.
