Chevez Goodwin has found his next home.

The former Trojan big man recently signed a professional deal overseas with the Greek-based Aris Basketball Club, one of the most successful basketball organizations in Greece all time. The club announced Goodwin’s acquisition on Wednesday.

Aris B.C. plays out of Thessaloniki, Greece, and claims 10 Greek championships, eight Greek Cups, and three European championships. They play in the GBL and went 11-13 in the most recent season.

Goodwin began his college career at the College of Charleston before transferring to Wofford. He spent two seasons there, starting 35 of his 70 appearances and putting up eight points with five rebounds a game. He then made his way to Los Angeles ahead of the 2020-21 season and spent the final two years of his college career with the Trojans.

The 6-foot-9 forward started all 34 games for USC last season, averaging 11 points and six rebounds a night. Goodwin was the team’s fourth-leading scorer and second-leading rebounder.
