Johnny Juzang signed a 2-way contract with the Utah Jazz Wednesday afternoon following a strong Summer League performance with the Jazz. He also played for the Jazz last season after going undrafted in the 2022 NBA Draft.

Juzang’s play during the Summer League made it obvious he should have a chance at the regular season. He averaged 17.8 points per game in Vegas last month.

Juzang of course helped the Bruins to the Final Four in 2021 and was named to the all-tournament team as a result. The 6-6 shooting guard is a talented scorer, but his defensive abilities came into question in the NBA.

He made his brief NBA debut last season against the San Antonio Spurs, scoring 3 points.
