Steele Venters, transferring Eastern Washington guard, reportedly draws interest from 6 Pac-12 schools
Steele Venters is a talented 6-7 guard who has been a key part of Eastern Washington’s success on the court the past couple of years.
Now, ahead of the 2023-24 season, Venters is exploring his options via the transfer portal, and it appears he’s looking to play at a bigger school in a bigger conference.
Per The Portal Report, Venters has heard from 6 Pac-12 teams — Colorado, Washington, Oregon, Washington State, USC and Stanford:

Those 6 Pac-12 teams will compete with Gonzaga, Mizzou, Butler, Creighton, USF, UNLV, Santa Clara, Pepperdine, Colorado State, Loyola Marymount, Florida, Nebraska, Wisconsin.
Venters played in 34 games for Eastern Washington in 2022-23, starting all of them. He averaged 15.3 points, 2.8 rebounds and 1.5 assists per contest.
