The Pac-12 Championship Game takes place on Friday, Dec. 1, in Las Vegas. One of the two spots in the game was clinched by Washington Saturday night. The other remains up for grabs.

It could be Oregon. Or it could be Arizona.

According to the conference, Oregon clinches its spot in the title game with a win over Oregon State next Friday OR an Arizona loss to Arizona State.

In order for the Wildcats to make the title game, Arizona needs to beat Arizona State in the Territorial Cup on Nov. 25 AND Oregon has to lose to Oregon State on Nov. 24.

Washington will be the home team in the title game after clinching its spot with a 22-20 win over Oregon State.

The Ducks (10-1, 7-1 Pac-12) beat Arizona State in Tempe on Saturday, 49-13. Quarterback Bo Nix tied a school record with six first-half touchdown passes in the victory.

Arizona (8-3, 6-2 Pac-12) thoroughly handled Utah, 42-18, to win its fifth consecutive game in conference play for the first time in 25 years. It was also the program’s fourth win over a team that was ranked inside the AP Top 25 at the time of the game.

Oregon has looked like one of the best teams in the country since losing to Washington in October. Few teams have been hotter than Arizona over the last month, though. The final week of the regular season figures to provide some serious theater.
