Justin Scott, Pac-12 target and 5-star DL, to delay commitment
Justin Scott announced Tuesday that he will be delaying his commitment just a week ahead of his original commitment date. The 5-star defensive lineman was originally set to commit next Tuesday, Jan. 31.
Three Pac-12 teams are in the mix for the 6-foot-5, 310-pound lineman. Colorado, Oregon, and USC made his Top 8 earlier this month, as did Ohio State, Michigan, Alabama, Notre Dame, and Miami.
I’m postponing my commitment until further notice. @IgnatiusFB @CoachMmiller15

Scott is rated as the No. 18 player in the Class of 2024, the No. 4 defensive lineman and the No. 1 player from the state of Illinois. To say the least, he’ll be an instant-impact type of player for whichever team lands him.
And that team was thought for the longest time to be Notre Dame, though everything seems to be on the table now.
