Taggart worked under Jim Harbaugh — John’s brother — during the 2007-09 seasons as Stanford’s RBs coach.
He brings a wealth of college football and head coaching knowledge to the NFL ranks, where he’ll be tasked with helping Baltimore’s stable of intriguing running backs improve in 2023.
Taggart had recently joined Deion Sanders’ staff at Colorado as an analyst.
