The No. 1 ATH in the country is heading to the SEC. Nyckoles Harbor, a 5-star Oregon target and the No. 1 uncommitted recruit entering National Signing Day, announced his commitment to South Carolina over the Ducks Wednesday.

Obviously, this is a huge loss for Oregon. The Ducks made a hard push for Harbor, with some late crystal balls predicting the talented player to Eugene as late as a few hours ago. Alas, he decided to stay closer to home and join Shane Beamer’s squad.

This is a huge moment for South Carolina. The Gamecocks just signed their top recruit under Beamer, and the No. 9 recruit in school history with Wednesday’s signing.
