Colorado makes top group for elite 2024 TE out of Georgia

Deion Sanders and the Colorado Buffaloes are in the mix for one of the top tight ends in the 2024 recruiting class.

Caleb Odom is narrowing things down after picking up 33 scholarship offers. The Carrollton (Georgia) standout named his top 7 teams on Friday.

Coach Prime and his staff will be competing with Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Miami, Ole Miss and Penn State to land Odom’s commitment.

Odom is listed as measuring 6-5, 215 pounds. On the 247Sports composite rankings, Odom is rated 4-stars, the No. 6 tight end, No. 14 Georgia recruit and No. 85 prospect overall nationally in the 2024 recruiting class.

Colorado extended a scholarship offer to Odom in January.
