One Arizona State player is opting to head to the transfer portal after a key season with the Sun Devils.

The player is Jalin Conyers, a key TE who was among the team’s leading receivers during the 2023 season. He spent 3 seasons at Arizona State after beginning his career at Oklahoma as a 4-star recruit in the class of 2020.

“I will forever be a Sun Devil. With that being said, after a lot of talking with my family and prayer, I have decided that I will be entering the transfer portal as a grad transfer with one year of eligibility remaining. I look forward to what God has in store for me and the opportunity ahead.”

During the 2023 season, Conyers was second on Arizona State with 30 catches for 362 yards but was held out of the end zone in the receiving game. He did score a rushing touchdown to go with 92 rushing yards and previously produced career-high numbers with 38 catches for 422 receiving yards and 5 touchdowns in 2022.
