Kenny Dillingham has reportedly made a big change on his staff for the 2024 season.

ESPN’s Pete Thamel reported Wednesday that offensive coordinator Beau Baldwin would not return next year. Baldwin was in his first season on Arizona State’s staff.

Baldwin began the season as the primary play caller, but after early-season struggles, Dillingham took over play calling duties. Arizona State hobbled to a 3-9 finish this year, hit with plenty of injuries and failing to ever find its stride. The Sun Devils offense was a main point of concern all year, scoring more than 30 points just one time all season.

Baldwin came to Arizona State after leading Eastern Washington to an FCS Championship in 2010, working as an offensive coordinator for Cal and serving as the head coach at Cal Poly.

Baldwin led those teams to some outstanding offensive numbers, but he couldn’t find the same success at Arizona State.

In his second season as head coach of the Sun Devils, Dillingham is looking to move towards a winning record, and he’ll do it with a new offensive coordinator.
