Washington State wins battle for 2024 safety out of California
Washington State added another commit to its 2024 recruiting class on Friday.
The Cougars picked up a pledge from 3-star safety Dajon Doss out of California. His offer list includes Arizona and Arizona State, amongst other west coast programs.

Doss is the No. 104 safety and the No. 88 player from the state of California in this class, according to 247Sports.
He initially received an offer from Washington State back in February. He took an official visit to campus last weekend prior to making this decision.
Doss attends Antelope Valley High School in Lancaster, California. He’s listed at 6-foot-1, 190 pounds.
Washington State is up to 11 commitments in the class of 2024. Doss is the 2nd defensive back to join the Cougars in this cycle so far. Overall, the group is ranked No. 73 nationally, per 247Sports Composite rankings.
