Washington State now has 10 commitments in its 2024 recruiting class. The latest pledge comes from an in-state lineman.

Chris Lino out of Seattle Prep School announced his commitment to the Cougars on Thursday via social media, posting a note with the following:

“The game of football has been in my life since the 2nd grade, from Pop Warner till now, it’s continued to open up doors I never knew were there. Thank you Coach Aaron Maul for everything you have done for me, your continuous effort pushing us to strive for nothing but excellence has given me the tools to succeed on and off the gridiron. Thank you, Mom and Dad, for believing in me and trusting that no matter what decision I make, it will always make you guys proud. With that being said, I would like to announce my commitment to Washington State University I have finally found home! Go Cougs!!!!”

Listed at 6-7, 325 pounds, Lino is rated 3-stars, the No. 15 Washington recruit, No. 86 offensive tackle and No. 1,058 prospect overall nationally on the 247Sports Composite. Highlights from Lino’s junior season can be viewed below, via Hudl:
