Washington stays hot on recruiting trail with addition of 4-star DL from Ohio
Washington’s late June recruiting hot streak continued on Friday with another blue-chip addition for the defensive line. Dominic Kirks has decided to head west from Ohio to play for the Huskies.
Kirks took to Twitter on Friday to share the big news.

A standout of Villa Angela-St. Joseph High School in Cleveland, Ohio, Kirks is listed as measuring 6-5, 250 pounds. On the 247Sports composite rankings, Kirks is rated 4-stars, the No. 15 Ohio recruit, No. 39 defensive lineman and No. 393 prospect overall nationally in the Class of 2024.
Earlier this month, Kirks narrowed his offers down to a final 5. Washington beat out Kentucky, Nebraska, Pitt and Wisconsin.
Kirks recently offered Huskies fans a preview of how he’ll look in the purple and gold uniform, sharing a photo from his recent official visit.
