Washington scores fourth-quarter touchdown to go up 10 on Oregon
Washington took a big lead and then watched it all evaporate. But the fourth quarter belonged to the Huskies.
With 2:44 to play in the game, Michael Penix Jr. hit Quentin Moore for a 2-yard touchdown on third-and-goal. The score put UW up 34-24 — a likely dagger in a game of wild momentum swings.

The catch was Moore’s second of the season. His only other play came on Sept. 9 against Tulsa.
Washington marched 82 yards in 12 plays and bled six minutes and 20 seconds off the clock to score. It was a masterclass of a drive from Penix and Co. to methodically move down the field and deliver a possible dagger.
The drive began with an incredible completion from Penix to Ja’Lynn Polk for 25 yards. Penix found Polk three plays later for 19 yards. Dillon Johnson converted a third-and-1 for 2 yards from the Oregon 5.
Three plays later, Penix fired to Moore for the touchdown.
