Washington has been a machine throughout the month of June.

Fittingly, the Huskies were able to squeeze one more commitment in on the final day of a month that saw a total of 11 join the class. The latest comes from Menlo Park (Calif.) Menlo-Atherton offensive lineman Soane Faasolo, who announced on Thursday that he’ll begin his career with UW.

Faasolo is a 6-foot-8, 270-pound offensive tackle. He rates as a 3-star in the industry-generated 247 Composite and the 95th-ranked tackle in the class. He’s also a top-100 prospect from the state of California. Faasolo chose the Huskies over interest from Oregon State, BYU, and Cal, among others.

He was recently part of the Huskies’ massive recruiting weekend, taking an official visit to campus last weekend.

Faasolo joins Zachary Henning, Elishah Jackett, and Landen Hatchett as offensive line commitments for Washington’s 2023 recruiting class. The group now has 15 known commits.
