Washington football added a commitment from Class of 2024 Edge rusher Noah Carter Monday afternoon.

Carter, who stands at 6-3, 225 pounds, hails from Centennial HS in Peoria, Arizona. He chose UW over offers from Texas, Louisville and Oregon State, to name a few.

The commitment comes following an official visit to Seattle this past weekend. Carter now represents Washington’s 7th commitment of the class, as well as their first Edge pledge in the 2024 cycle.

247Sports rates Carter as a 3-star prospect while some other recruiting services see him as a 4-star talent. Carter is rated as the No. 583 prospect in the 2024 cycle according to 247, as well as the No. 37 Edge and No. 11 player from the state of Arizona.
