Washington will walk into a hornet’s nest Saturday night in Corvallis.

The 11th-ranked Oregon State Beavers welcome the fifth-ranked and unbeaten Huskies to Reser Stadium. A spot in the Pac-12 Championship Game is still attainable for Oregon State. A bid to the College Football Playoff becomes all the more likely for UW with a win.

The stakes are high. UW dropped a hype video Saturday afternoon that embraces everything surrounding the top-15 battle.

Washington (10-0, 7-0 Pac-12) has made it through the first 10 weeks of a season unscathed for just the second time in program history. The Huskies are ranked No. 5 in the latest CFP rankings, seemingly knocking on the door of the Playoff waiting for a team ahead of them to stumble.

But UW has rarely looked convincing since beating Oregon a month ago. The Huskies outlasted Arizona State, outscored Stanford, capitalized on a crucial mistake from Caleb Williams to top USC, and then forced two second-half turnovers last week to get by Utah.

Beating Oregon State — a team ranked 11th by the CFP selection committee — would be quite the statement. And the setting, it might not matter how UW pulls out a win. A top-15 win on the road would give UW two of the best wins of anyone in the country.

Kickoff is set for 4:30 p.m. PT on ABC.
