Former Washington cornerback Marcus Peters reached an agreement with the Las Vegas Raiders Monday afternoon.

Peters is a Pro Bowl talent in the secondary and provides a major boon to the Raiders ahead of camp and the start of preseason. He’s played 8 seasons in the NFL – 3 with Kansas City, 2 with the Los Angeles Rams and, most recently, 3 with Baltimore.

Now, Peters is heading to Sin City on a 1-year deal.

Peters has been in the league since being drafted out of Washington in 2015. He was selected 18th overall by Kansas City after spending 2011-2014 with the Huskies.

Peters was selected to the Pro Bowl in 2015, 2016, and 2019. Across his career he has totaled 32 interceptions with 11 forced fumbles, 90 passes defended and 346 tackles.

Peters has started 103 of his 104 games in the NFL.
