Utah blasted USC 47-24 Friday night to win the Pac-12 Championship Game and claim the program’s second consecutive league title.

That marks two years in a row now that Utah has beaten the same team twice to win the title. The Utes beat down Oregon twice in three games last season. They beat USC earlier this year by one point and won the rematch by three scores Friday night.

And in the aftermath, the Utes’ social media team had a little fun.

That’s USC quarterback Caleb Williams in the picture. He did not paint “back” on his fingernails. He painted something a little more NSFW.

But if you’re going to talk a big game, you better back it up or the internet will roast you.

For Williams’ part, the USC quarterback did all he could. He was clearly hobbled in the game, limiting him to the pocket more than at any other point this season. But he finished 28-for-41 passing for 363 yards and three touchdowns.

The supporting cast struggled around him, though. Williams was sacked seven times and constantly under siege behind a patchwork offensive line missing multiple starters late in the game. The USC defense also gave up 533 yards and missed countless tackles that led to big plays for the Utes.
