Most important game of the season and the Utes are rocking with one of their most beloved looks.

Utah unveiled its uniform combination for Saturday’s road contest with Oregon, and it’s the all-white throwback with interlocking Us on the helmet. This is becoming the go-to for big games away from home for the Utes, who went with the same look at USC and for the Rose Bowl game last year, and then again to open the 2022 season in The Swamp against Florida.

So, yes, that means back-to-back losses in them, and the Utes are hoping to buck that trend against the Ducks on Saturday.

A win will keep Utah alive in the race to the Pac-12 title game. If Colorado were to beat Washington (somehow) and USC were to beat UCLA, the winner of Saturday’s game inside Autzen Stadium would secure a spot in the Championship Game. At any rate, Utah is in a position where it can win to get in.

“It’s going to be a tough environment in Autzen Stadium,” coach Kyle Whittingham said earlier this week. “That’s just a difficult place to play, one of the loudest places in the country. We’ve got to handle the crucible that is Autzen Stadium. That’s just what it is. They’ve played good football this year.”

So has Utah. Kickoff is set for 7:30 p.m. PT on ESPN.
