Utah LB Ethan Calvert is reportedly exploring his transfer options ahead of the 2023 football season.

Calvert, who played mostly as a backup on defense and contributed on special teams, recorded 3 total tackles for the Utes during the 2022 season.

Now, per Matt Zenitz of On3 Sports, Calvert is entering his name into the NCAA transfer portal:

Calvert was a 4-star linebacker out of California in the 2021 recruiting class. He chose Utah over offers from Arizona, BYU, Cal and other schools.

Where he ends up next remains to be seen, but his 4-star pedigree is sure to have plenty of teams interested in the coming weeks.
