WATCH: USC drops epic game trailer for matchup with Arizona
USC begins anew on Saturday against Arizona.
The unbeaten record is no more. USC has its first loss under coach Lincoln Riley, but the 43-42 defeat to Utah back on Oct. 15 won’t keep it from reaching its season goals. The theme in the two weeks since has been to bounce back. And that was the tone of this week’s game trailer.
“One play at the end of the game is not gonna change how you feel about your football team,” Riley says. “I think this team is capable of a tremendous run here to finish.”
Check out the trailer below:
Points figure to come in bunches on Saturday between USC and Arizona.
The Trojan offense ranks 11th nationally in both per-play efficiency and per-game scoring. The Arizona defense is the third-worst in the country by per-play efficiency and the eighth-worst by per-game scoring. Arizona quarterback Jayden de Laura has seven interceptions and leads the Pac-12 in turnover-worthy throws. Until the Utah game, USC was leading the country in interceptions.
We could be in for some fireworks.
Kickoff is set for 4 p.m. PT on the Pac-12 Network.
