WATCH: Korey Foreman picks off UCLA to seal USC win
The biggest play of the season came from Korey Foreman. What a development.
The former 5-star recruit has been trying to find his way as a Trojan, but he supplied the best moment of his young career Saturday night at the Rose Bowl to help deliver USC a 48-45 win over UCLA.
With the Bruins driving for a tying field goal or a game-winning touchdown, Foreman stepped in front of a Dorian Thompson-Robinson pass for his first career interception.

Quarterback Caleb Williams ran for 12 yards on the very next play and then USC was able to kneel on the ball and kill the remainder of the clock to walk out of UCLA’s house with a win and a spot in the Pac-12 Championship Game.
Remarkable that it came down to a defensive play for USC. That side of the ball has been much-maligned all season for yielding yards en masse and points to just about everyone.
But the Trojans have been better than anyone at taking the football away. And they picked off Thompson-Robinson three times and forced a fumble. DTR had 309 passing yards, 75 rushing yards, and six total touchdowns in the game, but four turnovers will get you beat.
Foreman’s interception helped give USC its 10th win of the year and brought the conference record to 8-1. It’s the best finish in conference play for the Trojans since 2017.
