The cornerback is from Los Alamitos, California, just a short drive away from USC’s campus. He is considered to be the No. 36 cornerback prospect in the Class of 2024 and the No. 38 player in the state of California.
Standing at 6-foot-1, 170 pounds, Rubin will bring speed and athleticism to USC’s secondary.
USC has the No. 19 overall recruiting class for the Class of 2024 according to 247Sports. The Trojans are hoping the commitment from Rubin will help them prepare for a 2024-25 season that will see the departure of a number of big players.
The Trojans have had a solid season so far, but faced a narrow win over Arizona 2 weeks ago before taking their first loss of the season last week against Notre Dame. This week, they’ll look to get back on track against Utah.
