Raleek Brown will take an official visit to Arizona State this weekend, according to Sun Devil Source’s Chris Karpman.

The former blue-chip recruit began his career at USC as a running back but made the switch to wideout this season. He played in 16 games for the Trojans over the last two seasons, accounting for 436 scrimmage yards and 7 touchdowns during that time.

He fell out of the offensive two-deep this past season and decided to save the year as a redshirt season. He appeared in two games — the opener against San Jose State and then the Nov. 4 contest with Washington when he had a 2-yard rushing touchdown.

He has 3 years of experience left and is one of the most explosive athletes on the market.

The 247 Composite ranked Brown as the No. 3 running back and the No. 2 prospect out of California in the 2022 class. He hails from Santa Ana (Calif.) Mater Dei and was a 4-star recruit coming out of high school.

The Sun Devils offered Brown as a recruit, as did Arizona, Cal, Oregon, Utah, Oregon State, and Washington State. He committed to Lincoln Riley when Riley was still the coach at OU and then followed Riley to USC.

At Arizona State, Brown could play either receiver or running back under coach Kenny Dillingham, but he’ll have competition in the backfield. Cam Skattebo and DeCarlos Brooks can both return, and the 2024 class has a commitment from 4-star runner Jason Brown.

Elijah Baesa, Cullen Charles, and Plas Johnson are wide receiver commits in the high school class.
