Jordan Addison, former USC star, reportedly cited in early-morning traffic incident in Minnesota
Jordan Addison was cited early Thursday morning for speeding and reckless driving in St. Paul, Minnesota, according to multiple reports.
He was driving 140 m.p.h. in a 55-m.p.h. zone, according to Minnesota State Patrol, as reported by Kevin Seifert of ESPN.
The former USC star was drafted by the Vikings No. 23 overall in the spring NFL Draft, after he previously transferred from Pitt. Addison in 2021 was the Biletnikoff Award as the best receiver in the country at Pitt. Addison then joined Lincoln Riley and Caleb Williams at USC and helped the Trojans improve from 4-8 to 11-3.
Addison gave the Trojans a second consecutive draft with a wide receiver taken in the first round, and the fourth straight year USC has had a first-rounder.
Addison finished last season with 875 yards on 59 receptions, and at the end of the regular season was tied for the Pac-12 lead with 8 receiving touchdowns.
