Joel Klatt gave some insight as to why he believes Caleb Williams is still a can’t-miss QB prospect.

On The Herd with Colin Cowherd, Joel Klatt explained what he thinks makes USC’s superstar quarterback such a special player.

“Caleb Williams is the only guy I’ve covered in college football that is excellent in all 5 categories,” said Klatt.

“He just does so many things well. We’ve never seen a quarterback who is excellent in what I would categorize as all 5 categories,” Klatt said. “He can control the game from the pocket, he can control the game with his mind. He’s got the requisite arm, clearly. He can create outside of the pocket when things break down, and he’s a threat with his legs.”

Williams this season has led USC to a 7-3 record and 5-2 record in conference play. He’s completing 69.2 percent of his passes for 2,958 yards while adding 28 touchdowns, and only 4 interceptions.

Williams has also contributed 173 yards rushing and 10 touchdowns on 82 carries. The Trojans offense has scored 42 or more points in 9 of their 10 games this season with Williams leading the charge.

USC heads to Eugene to take on Oregon this Saturday at 7:30 p.m. PT on FOX.
