Caleb Williams is gearing up for the 2023 season on the heels of a Heisman Trophy a season ago. The star quarterback for USC has eligibility beyond 2023, but many analysts are already projecting Williams to become the No. 1 overall pick in the 2024 NFL Draft.

In an interview for the “Dan Patrick Show,” former head coach and current CBS Sports analyst Rick Neuheisel was asked about potential flaws in Williams’ game. At this point, Neuheisel said he has zero concerns with the QB’s game.

“I don’t see any (concerns),” said Neuheisel. “He’s a special talent.” He did eventually admit “that fingernail polish was stupid,” but that was a poor choice by Williams unrelated to his performance with the football in his hands.

Neuheisel went on compare Williams to Kansas City Chiefs superstar Pat Mahomes and fellow Heisman winner Bryce Young out of Alabama:

“There are no flaws. What he sees, his ability to extend plays. He’s Pat Mahomes, he’s Bryce Young, he’s all of that in my mind. Can’t miss,” Neuheisel explained.
