The Trojans held at No. 6 in the latest media poll, released on Sunday.

USC beat Arizona State Saturday night 42-25 to move to 5-0 on the season, but with each team ahead of it in the AP Top 25 all winning in Week 5 themselves, things held firm atop the poll in terms of representatives. Alabama and Georgia did swap spots, with the Tide taking over the No. 1 spot, but the top six teams remained unchanged.

USC will face Washington State next Saturday, with kickoff in Los Angeles set for 4:30 p.m. PT on FOX. The Cougars, despite being 4-1, remain outside the AP Top 25. After beating Cal 28-9 on Saturday, the Cougs received the most votes of any team outside the poll.

The Trojans will have another test on their hands, but they’ve passed every one faced so far. They haven’t all been pretty, but the Trojans are 5-0 for the first time since 2006. And the offense regained its footing against Arizona State after an off-kilter outing against Oregon State the week prior.

Quarterback Caleb Williams threw for 348 yards and produced four total touchdowns in the win.
