UCLA is getting a key piece of its offense back on Saturday against USC.

Quarterback Ethan Garbers will be suiting up for the Bruins after missing last week’s game against Arizona State, ESPN’s Pete Thamel reported Saturday. Garbers didn’t play last week against Arizona State, but was available in an emergency role.

Garbers, along with freshman quarterback Dante Moore, suffered injuries late against Arizona 2 weeks ago. Last week, Collin Schlee manned the quarterback spot as the starter and the second string were injured. He had just 117 yards and one touchdown in the loss to Arizona State.

Now the Bruins are hoping to get a win with their regular starter back on the field. UCLA has lost back-t0-back games, but a win over rival USC could make up for those losses.

USC has lost 4 of its last 5 games and is looking for a big win on Saturday. The Trojans have had a disappointing season after coming into the year looking poised to be a Playoff contender.
