UCLA clings to its spot in latest AP Top 25 after loss at Oregon State
UCLA dropped, but it did not fall out of the latest AP Top 25 poll, released on Sunday.
The Bruins (4-2, 1-2 Pac-12) fell seven spots to No. 25 in the media ranking after losing to Oregon State 36-24 in Week 7. The Beavers threw three touchdowns against the UCLA defense and became the third consecutive team to score a pick-six of UCLA quarterback Dante Moore. Moore threw three interceptions in the game overall as his midseason slump reached a new low.
Other Pac-12 teams in the ranking include No. 5 Washington, No. 9 Oregon, No. 12 Oregon State, No. 14 Utah, and No. 18 USC.
The Bruins hit the road to face Stanford in Week 8.
