Dante Moore has arrived, ladies and gentlemen.

UCLA’s 5-star QB made his first appearance in a Bruins uniform in the 2nd quarter of their late-night matchup against Coastal Carolina. Head coach Chip Kelly said this past week that Ethan Garbers would not be the only quarterback playing against the Chanticleers and he kept his promise.

Moore’s first drive finished in the end zone, with Moore completing 3 of his 4 attempts for 53 yards and the below touchdown:

Garbers had a couple throws that he probably wishes he could have back, but his start was not a bad one. he went into the halftime break with 8 of 12 completions for 103 yards, 1 touchdown and 1 interception.

UCLA currently leads Coastal Carolina 14-6 at the halftime break. Let’s see if Moore and the Bruins can finish this one out.
