Stanford earns commitment from 5-star 2023 wing Andrej Stojakovic
For the third time in the last four classes, Stanford coach Jerod Haase has secured a commitment from a 5-star prospect.
Carmichael (Calif.) Jesuit wing Andrej Stojakovic, the 21st-ranked overall prospect in the 2023 class, announced his commitment to the Cardinal live on 247Sports’ YouTube page. The 6-foot-6 blue-chipper is the son of former NBA All-Star and NBA Champion Peja Stojakovic.
The younger Stojakovic chose Stanford from a group of finalists that also included Oregon, UCLA, and Texas.

“I ultimately chose Stanford because in my eyes it wasn’t just the best basketball decision for me but it was also the best academic, long-term decision of the four,” he told 247Sports Travis Branham. “I believe in the whole program from top to bottom and the whole coaching staff and their philosophy.”
He ranks as the fourth-best wing in the class, according to the industry-generated 247 Composite. His pledge gives Stanford its second known commit of the 2023 class, joining 5-star combo guard Kanaan Carlyle. You can see Stojakovic’s highlight tape below:
