Stanford is on quite the roll on the recruiting trail, picking up another piece for the 2024 recruiting class Tuesday afternoon. This time, the commitment comes from a highly sought-after offensive lineman in the southeast.

The player is Kai Greer, a 3-star offensive lineman out of North Carolina who generated offers from Arkansas, Penn State, Texas A&M, Kentucky, Miami and Virginia Tech among others. Per Greer’s 247 Sports page, he was on campus at Stanford for an official visit over the weekend, and that visit paid off.

Greer is listed at 6-foot-6 and 285 pounds out of Marvin Ridge High School in Waxhaw, North Carolina. Per the 247 Sports Composite, Greer is a 3-star prospect and the 29th IOL recruit in the country for the class of 2024.

The addition of Greer brings Stanford’s recruiting class up to 18 players, a group that is currently ranked No. 25 in the country per the 247 Sports Team Composite. He joins 4-star Edge recruits Dylan Stephenson from Florida and Naki Tuakoi out of California as some of the elite prospects to recruit to the Cardinal coming out of the weekend.
