College World Series 2023: Bracket, schedule and TV info for Monday, June 19
The College World Series has already delivered some outstanding baseball, and more looks to be in store on Monday when Stanford and Tennessee meet on the diamond in a win-or-go-home game.
Stanford’s loss to Wake Forest in its CWS opener dropped the Cardinal down to the loser’s bracket right away. If it is to make the final, it’ll have to go unbeaten from here on out. Wake Forest, meanwhile, will face LSU on Monday to move within one win of the finals.
Sunday saw action on the other side of the bracket, with TCU staving off elimination in a 4-3 win over Virginia. Florida also beat Oral Roberts to move within a win of the finals as well. Pitcher Hurston Waldrep fanned 12 in the 5-4 Gator victory.
