San Francisco chosen as host site for Super Bowl LX in 2026
The NFL announced Monday afternoon that Super Bowl LX, which is scheduled for 2006, will be hosted in San Francisco at Levi’s Stadium. This will be the 3rd Super Bowl hosted in the San Francisco Bay Area and the 2nd at Levi’s Stadium.
This was approved and announced following the Spring League Meeting on Monday.
“The Bay Area was an incredible host for Super Bowl 50, and we are thrilled to bring the Super Bowl back,” said NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell said in a statement on Monday, via NFL .com. “We look forward to working with the 49ers and the Bay Area Host Committee to create an impactful Super Bowl LX in 2026 that showcases all the great things the region has to offer.”

Las Vegas and New Orleans are set to host in 2024 and 2025, respectively.
