The Pac-12 Tournament rolled on Thursday according to seeding, until Arizona State delivered an upset of Southern Cal to further bolster its NCAA Tournament resume.

One storyline to watch is Oregon’s N’Faly Dante injured right ankle after he landed awkwardly on Thursday and needed help off the court. Arizona cruised over Stanford as the Wildcats responded to runs from the Cardinal to prevail.

The story of the Pac-12 continues to be Arizona State as the Sun Devils played their way into the NCAA Tournament field, according to ESPN’s Joe Lunardi, as the final team.

“Our defense was what it’s been most of the year and really relied on that,” coach Bobby Hurley said. “We got a big lead and I told the guys at halftime that they’re too good of a team not to make a surge at us, which they did, and we had another response. So just got great contributions.”

In terms of bubble watch, Oregon is considered in the “Next Four Out” group by Lunardi. As for the field itself, the Pac-12 has 4 teams in, with 1-seed UCLA, 2-seed Arizona, USC trending up at a 9-seed and the Sun Devils as an 11-seed.

Can the Ducks deliver one of the upsets of Tournament week, and will the desert rivalry offer another instant classic that ended with a buzzer beater last time?
