Circa Sports has released point spreads and money lines for the opening week of the 2022 college football season.

With Arizona State, Washington State, Cal, and Stanford all facing FCS opponents, we don’t have spreads for them, but we have lines for the other games on tap.

Colorado hosts TCU to open its season on Friday, Sept. 2, at 7 p.m. PT. The Buffs are an 11-point home underdog in that affair.

UCLA gets the day rolling on Saturday, Sept. 3, with its home-opener against Bowling Green at 11:30 a.m. PT. The Bruins, coming off an 8-4 campaign last year and running it back with Dorian Thompson-Robinson and Zach Charbonnet in the backfield, are a massive favorite over Bowling Green. They’ve opened as a 25-point favorite with the over/under set at 57.5.

Arizona plays San Diego State at 12:30 p.m. PT and opens that game as a six-point road dog.

Also at 12:30 p.m. PT, No. 11 Oregon faces No. 3 Georgia in Atlanta in what’s shaping up to be one of the best games of the early season. Oregon has faith it can contend with a Bulldogs team looking to replace quite a bit of talent from last year’s national title-winner thanks, in part, to head coach Dan Lanning’s familiarity with the kind of team the Bulldogs will be bringing to the fight. Still, Oregon opens as an 18-point underdog with the O/U set at 51.5.

No. 14 USC opens the Lincoln Riley era at home against Rice at 3 p.m. PT. The Trojans are a 35-point favorite over the Owls with the O/U set at 64.5. No one expects this to be a close affair as USC debuts its prized offseason additions of Caleb Williams, Jordan Addison, Travis Dye, and Co.

At 4 p.m. PT that Saturday, No. 7 Utah faces off against the Florida Gators in Gainesville. Florida is a 2.5-point road favorite, with the O/U set at 52.5. The Utes are hoping to crash the College Football Playoff in 2022, and opening up with a résumé-building win over the Gators would be quite the start.

Oregon State hosts Boise State at 7:30 p.m. PT that evening. The Beavers are a field goal favorite over the Broncos.

At the same time, Washington hosts Kent State to kick off the Kalen DeBoer era. The Huskies are a 22-point favorite, with the O/U set at 60.5.
