ESPN's SP+ projects the scores of every Week 1 Pac-12 game
ESPN’s SP+ is back for the 2023 season and the predictions for every Week 1 game have been released. The system was devised by Bill Connelly and provides score predictions for every college football game of the season.
The first week of Pac-12 action includes all 12 teams playing out of conference opponents. Deion Sanders’ new-look Colorado Buffaloes will have a tough task in Week 1 as they travel to TCU. SP+ gives the Horned Frogs a 93% chance to win.
The Utah Utes are welcoming the Florida Gators to town, and SP+ gives the Utes a 67% chance to win. The 2 teams are facing off in Week 1 for the 2nd year in a row, after the Gators won at home last season.
