Moore becomes the second quarterback to transfer to Oregon this offseason. He’ll be joined by former Oklahoma quarterback Dillon Gabriel, who is expected to start for the Ducks next season. Moore would be slated to take over as Oregon’s starting QB in 2025.
Moore is a huge addition for Oregon. He was a 5-star prospect and the No. 5 overall player in the country for the class of 2023, per 247Sports Composite rankings.
As a freshman at UCLA, Moore threw for 1,610 yards, 11 touchdowns and 9 interceptions. He was in-and-out of the starting lineup for the Bruins this past season.
Oregon is scheduled to play at UCLA on Sept. 28, 2024.
Oregon will cap off the 2023 season against Liberty in the Fiesta Bowl.
