Ca’lil Valentine is a key running back recruit and one of the top Arizona prospects for the class of 2024. On Friday, he updated his recruitment with a top 8 list moving forward.

Valentine kept Utah, Oregon and Oregon State on his list as Pac-12 programs still in the mix. Michigan State, Illinois, Auburn, Penn State and Miami round out the rest of the top 8.

Valentine is set to announce his commitment this summer with a July 8 decision scheduled per his 247 Sports page.

Valentine is listed at 6-feet and 180 pounds out of Chander High School in Chandler, Arizona. He is rated a 4-star recruit, the No. 8 player out of Arizona and the 32nd RB in the country for the 2024 recruiting class.
