After absolute chaos on Saturday, the AP hoops Top 25 got quite the shakeup on Monday.

Seven of the previous top 10 teams ranked in the AP poll lost, including each of the top six teams. Arizona lost for just the third time all season—a 79-63 defeat at the hands of Colorado on the road. But, because the Wildcats’ résumé remains strong and everyone else around them also lost, the Wildcats held at No. 2 in this week’s poll.

Gonzaga, which lost to Saint Mary’s, stayed at No. 1. Curiously, Arizona didn’t receive a single first-place vote, though No. 3 Baylor received four and No. 4 Duke received 11. The Bears moved up seven spots after beating Kansas. No one in the Top 25 has more wins or fewer losses than the Wildcats, who have just two first-place votes all season. One AP voter had the Wildcats 10th on their ballot this week.

USC held right at No. 16 after a three-point win over Oregon State and a one-point win over Oregon, both on the road, last week. Tennessee and Arkansas both jumped the Trojans. They host Arizona Tuesday at 8 p.m. PT.

UCLA dropped from No. 12 to No. 17 after losing by five points on the road to Oregon last week. The Ducks swept the season series against the Bruins, but UCLA responded with a 94-55 win over Oregon State last Saturday. The Bruins play USC at home on Saturday at 7 p.m. PT.
