The 2023 NIT bracket is set, and three schools from the Pac-12 earned spots in the field.

Oregon (19-14) earned a No. 1 seed, Colorado (17-16) earned a No. 3 seed, and Washington State (17-16) grabbed a No. 4 seed. All three will host opening-round games later this week.

Clemson, Oklahoma State, and Rutgers earned top seeds in the field after each narrowly missed out on the NCAA Tournament bracket.

The Ducks will host UC Irvine (23-11) on March 15 at 8 p.m. PT on ESPN2. It’ll be a rematch of a Nov. 11 game earlier this season that saw the Anteaters stun the Ducks at Matthew Knight Arena with a 69-56 victory.

The Buffaloes will face Seton Hall (17-15) on March 14 at 8 p.m. PT on ESPN2. The Pirates faced quite the nonconference schedule this season, facing Kansas, Memphis, Rutgers, Oklahoma, and Iowa all before Big East play opened. First-year coach Shaheen Holloway notably made a lengthy run in the NCAA Tournament with Saint Peter’s last season.

The Cougars will play Eastern Washington (22-10) on March 14 at 8 p.m. PT on ESPNU. This will mark another rematch from the Pac-12’s early nonconference schedule. Wazzu hosted the Eagles on Nov. 21 and left with an 82-56 win. Eastern Washington also played Cal this season before Big Sky play got rolling, beating the Golden Bears 50-48. The Eagles had won 18 in a row heading into the final week of February, but they’ve lost three straight since.

This season, the NIT will play its semifinal games and the championship inside Orleans Arena in Las Vegas. It’ll be the first time since 1938 that Madison Square Garden hasn’t hosted the conclusion of the event. Semifinal action begins on March 28, with the championship slated for March 30.
