Grant was all over the field for the Beavers in their 2022 debut.
The seventh-year senior intercepted a first-quarter pass, forced a fumble at the OSU 2-yard line, made four tackles, and broke up another pass in the Beavers win. The interception marked the seventh of his career and helped set up the Beavers’ first score of the season. His forced fumble on a Boise State pass in the second quarter led to a recovery and another touchdown to put the Beavers up 24-0.
Kipper, meanwhile, was part of an offensive line that helped the Beavers to 470 yards of total offense, including 178 on the ground. The Caldwell, Idaho native made his 33rd consecutive start for the program.
Oregon State is back in action on Saturday when it faces Fresno State on the road. Kickoff is slated for 7:30 p.m. PT on CBS Sports Network.
