Oregon State reportedly loses veteran WR to transfer portal
Oregon State is losing an experienced wide receiver to the transfer portal, according to a report.
John Dunmore, who spent the last 2 seasons with the Beavers, will enter the portal according to On3’s Matt Zenitz.
Dunmore began his career at Penn State and was a 4-star recruit in the class of 2019.

Despite having high pedigree as a high school prospect, Dunmore has yet to breakout on the collegiate level.
Last season, Dunmore recorded a career-high 9 catches for 95 yards. However, a lot of that production came in Oregon State’s bowl game win over Florida. He caught 5 passes for 42 yards in the blowout victory.
Dunmore also completed a pass last season for 41 yards in Oregon State’s season-opening win over Boise State.
Dunmore was expected to compete for a starting job this season, which will be his 5th in college football. Instead, he’ll enter the transfer portal and look for a big role elsewhere.
Dunmore attended Chaminade-Madonna Prep in Hollywood, Florida.
