Oregon State lands transfer commitment from JUCO standout
Oregon State has landed a standout guard transfer from the junior college ranks. Keizer, Oregon native Nate Meithof has announced he will play for the Beavers next season.
Meithof, a 6-5 guard, shared the big news on his Twitter account Monday.

Out of McNary High, Meithof began his college career at Westmont in 2021-22. He was the program’s first-ever GSAC Freshman of the Year. He won the conference scoring title, averaging 18.5 points as the school’s first player to lead the GSAC in scoring in 10 years.
Last season, Meithof played for the College of Southern Idaho. Meithof started all 31 games for CSI in 2022-23. Meithof was the team’s co-leader in scoring, averaging 16.5 points on 51.5% shooting, logging 29.8 minutes per game. He also grabbed 5.5 rebounds per game.
