Oregon WR commit Jurrion Dickey runs wild in huge comeback to open senior season
Oregon commit and 5-star wideout Jurrion Dickey is playing his senior season of high school football for Menlo-Atherton after starring for Valley Christian. On Saturday, in M-A’s season-opener against Bellarmine, Dickey wasted absolutely no time endearing himself to the M-A faithful.
After his team fell down 20-0 in the second quarter, Dickey exploded for four touchdowns and 180 yards on six receptions. His play helped the team to come back and win 48-34.
“He’s every bit of that 5-star” M-A coach Chris Saunders said after the game, according to SBLive Sports’ Mitch Stephens.

Dickey rates as a 5-star prospect in the industry-generated 247 Composite. He’s viewed as the 16th-best recruit in the 2023 class and the No. 2 receiver in the country.
A multi-sport athlete, Dickey ran an 11.33 100-meter and a 22.52 200-meter as a junior this past spring in addition to a 23-9.25 long jump. According to 247, he has a verified 4.58-second 40-time and a 37-inch vertical. As a junior last fall, Dickey caught 78 balls for 1,304 yards and 19 receiving touchdowns. He played all three phases of the game, securing four interceptions as a safety on the defensive side of the ball and working as a return man on the punt team.
With the Bears, he appears well on his way to an even bigger senior season.
