Oregon will reportedly host Ohio State WR commit on visit this weekend
Dan Lanning and the Oregon Ducks are prepping for their biggest game of the season so far, with Deion Sanders and the revamped Colorado Buffaloes coming to town on Saturday.
Lanning clearly understands the environment will be electric. A report on Friday stated a highly-touted WR prospect — who has already committed to Ohio State — will be on hand in Eugene for a visit along with several other high-profile recruits.
Chad Simmons of On3 reported Buckeyes 4-star WR commit Jeremiah McClellan will visit Oregon this weekend. He had the Ducks as one of his final 5 schools before deciding to commit to Ohio State.

Earlier this week, Lanning was asked about the high-profile PAC-12 showdown and it’s impact on recruiting.
“We’ll have a lot of people here,” Lanning said, referring to recruits. “I know our crowd is going to be amazing. We’re going to have a ton of great people who can help us in the future that we need to make a great impact on.”
The Ducks currently have 22 commitments in the 2024 class. The group sits at No. 12 nationally, per 247Sports Composite rankings.
Oregon and Colorado will begin at 12:30 p.m. PT on Saturday afternoon.
