More than 70 players were able to see the field in Oregon’s 70-14 win over Eastern Washington this past Saturday. Seven different players scored touchdowns as the offense produced over 600 yards. Meanwhile, the defense allowed just 187.

“I think every one of our players realized, ‘Hey, this is how it works and we can do it,’” coach Dan Lanning said after the game. “But we have to do it on a consistent basis and we have to do it against good opponents. Everything works on paper when you draw it up, it’s about going out there and executing it. Our guys executed at a high level on Saturday. We need that to carry over for the next game.”

Throughout the season, we’ll keep track of snap counts and game grades for everyone from the folks at Pro Football Focus. You’ll find them below.

Among the more notable season debuts in the victory was that of quarterback Ty Thompson. Bo Nix started again and played the entire first half and then the first drive of the third quarter. Thompson came in midway through the third and handled two drives. Jay Butterfield took the last drive of the game and then a three-play sequence of kneel downs to kill the remaining 2:02 off the clock.

Nix had one of the best grades of any player in the game from PFF. Thompson and Butterfield didn’t fare quite as well.
